behaviors
Scrum is based much more on behaviors than on process. The right behaviors allow you to adapt practices, tools and techniques to your specific organization much faster and better. During the Scaled Scrum in Practice - Mine4Scaled workshop, we place great emphasis on practicing the right behaviors, which in turn will translate into a better understanding of Scrum and its implementation in the organization.

communication styles
In Scaled Scrum in Practice - Mine4Scaled, communication cannot be avoided, so during the game we pay attention to communication styles and make participants evaluate the effectiveness of communication when working together. Conclusions from the summary of the workshop can improve communication in the real struggles of the team.

group process
Any group consisting of a dozen people and working with each other for some time goes through similar stages, which we call group development phases. Scaled Scrum in practice - Mine4Scaled is such a stimulating experience for teams that they are able to reach a level of constructive work quite quickly.

Scalability
Organizing the work of several teams working together as the scale increases poses many problems. Therefore, the workshop gives participants the opportunity in a safe environment to experiment and try their way. Or be inspired by available frameworks like LeSS, Nexus, or Scum at Scaled reduce the risk and speed of choosing a convenient choice.

practical learning of scaled Scrum

Learning based on experience, real-life examples and discussion. Providing an opportunity to practice attitudes and behaviors in practice. It is also a training of cases from professional life in a virtual game.

What you will gain:
- you will learn and test the basic laws governing the scaling of development teams
-you will experience what it is like to work as a developer in one of many teams working on the same backlog

scaled work simulation game

An intensive one-day online workshop where 90% of the meeting time is practice and 10% is theory. Participants learn by doing, not by presentation or lectures. They will experience first-hand how to work in a scaled team and learn what a scaled work environment actually is.

What you will gain:
- you will experience enough surprising lessons to transfer them to the real world
- you will gain a whole lot of inspiration and thoughts to use in the real world

team building

Whether the groups are in sync or still ahead of that stage. Through the training, members have the opportunity to start working as real teams, supporting and relying on each other.

What you will gain:

- you will identify and perhaps solve with others the problems that also occur in your organization
- you will test with your team many ways to solve communication problems

Participant feedback

We do our training with you and for you. That's why we are so pleased with the satisfaction of the participants.

The workshop is dedicated to:

Scrum Masters / Agile Coaches - look at scaling from a developer's perspective, gather unique in the world experience in a safe environment (in the worst case we won't build a virtual town :-)) - no training will give you the same as a virtual simulation

Product Owners
- by observing the work of the teams you will find the answer to one of the oldest questions of agile mankind: can one PO work with several teams ?

managers / directors
- see if scaling can work, can several teams get along with each other, can you solve multiplying problems, and maybe you will see why scaling is so difficult in your organization?

stakeholders
- find out what value Scrum provides and what benefits/difficulties its scaling brings

developers
- who can feel and experiment with different modes and variants of working together in a scaled environment
