The "Professional Metrics of Agile" training was divided into 3 subject blocks.
In this block you will learn how to plan the process of implementing metrics in your organization, where to start, what mistakes to beware of, what anti-patterns not to copy. We will show you examples of the implementation of metrics in several organizations, how it was planned, what set of metrics was used and what tools were used to collect and present data. You will be introduced to ready-to-use sets of metrics by category, e.g. product, process, team, technology.
