"Effective and Motivated Team" training is divided into 3 thematic blocks, making it easier to assimilate knowledge and understand the next steps in building teams.
In order to build an effective and highly motivated team, we need to understand how we function as people and what work environment strengthens and what weakens our motivation. In this block we will give you a large number of practical exercises and tools that you can successfully apply in the process of building an effective team. What you will gain:- knowledge of the key elements that support motivation- you will learn tools and techniques ready to use in your team- you will be able to deal with the most difficult cases of team member passivity
What really is efficiency, how to define and measure it well? This is what you will learn from this module. We will tell you about the effective teams we have had the pleasure of working with, and we will think together about what made us set them as a model to this day. We will present you with a number of agile metrics that allow you to examine, among other things, the effectiveness of agile teams.What you will gain:- a good understanding of what characterizes an effective agile team - you will learn real examples of teams and developers that everyone would like to have in their organization - we will give you a ready-made list of agile metrics that you can use in your organization.
Based on the knowledge gained in the previous blocks, we will build a new Scrum or Kanban team together. It's best to learn from other people's mistakes, so we will tell you about the mistakes we made when creating and building them. What you will gain:- a ready list of elements you need to take into account when creating a new Scrum team- knowledge of how to support the team in the different phases of its development- you will learn if every conflict is bad and how to deal with it.
The "Effective and Motivated Team" training will provide you with the knowledge and practice you need when working with agile teams. You will get a good dose of inpirations, tools and techniques for building an agile organization.
During the training we share observations, techniques and tools developed over the years. You will receive only field-tested knowledge, from trainers who build agile organizations on a daily basis.
In each of our training sessions, we place great emphasis on inspiring participants. We know that everyone has different experiences and needs, so we leave plenty of room for you to draw your own conclusions and put the many puzzles together into a whole that makes sense to you.
You will receive from us a whole toolbox of tools that you can successfully use in the process of building effective teams. We have collected them specifically for this training, we have tested each of them with our teams and therefore we can recommend them with a pure heart as effective.
The most effective learning is always through fun, so we have prepared a lot of interesting, activating tasks for you. Boredom - not at our training!
